We ship worldwide!
We offer UK, Republic of Ireland, Europe and International delivery services. All deliveries will be using Royal Mail and we will constantly check delivery rates to make sure you are getting the best deal for your online purchases with Barley Sugar.
Delivery Rates
These are the delivery routes most commonly used and the charges associated with them. If you have any special delivery requests please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
Standard UK Delivery
Orders to the UK mainland over £40 will be delivered free of charge - the exception being some heavy or oversized items. Where this is the case, the specific delivery charge will be very clearly highlighted on the product page itself, so you are aware of this before you checkout.
For orders of less than £40, we charge just £2.95 for delivery. For this price you can order as many items as you like. Again, there may be a few heavy or oversized items that are excluded from this price, but where this is the case the specific delivery charge will be highlighted on the product page itself, so you are aware of this before you checkout.
Orders will be sent using our secure courier service or Royal Mail recorded delivery according to the size and weight of the item. We endeavour to dispatch all items held in stock within two working days of receiving your order. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will notify you and agree a solution.
UK Next Day Delivery - £5.95/ Sat £9.95
Next day delivery is delivered on the next working day after the order has been placed. Saturday deliveries are charged at £9.95. Orders for next day delivery need to be placed by 1pm.

All deliveries are sent via a secure courier delivery service or Royal Mail recorded delivery according to the size and weight of the item. A signature is required upon delivery.

EU Zone - £12.00
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
European orders are delivered between 1-7 days. All deliveries are sent via a secure courier delivery service or Royal Mail recorded delivery according to the size and weight of the item. A signature is required upon delivery.
World Zone One - £16.00
Norway, Switzerland, USA and Hong Kong.
World Zone Two - £20.00
Australia, Belarus, Canada, Cayman Islands, Serbia-Montengro, Turkey, Japan, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Ukraine and elsewhere.
Rest of the World orders are delivered between 3-10 days, depending upon location. All deliveries are sent via a secure courier delivery service or Royal Mail recorded delivery according to the size and weight of the item. A signature is required upon delivery.
At the checkout simply enter your delivery address including the country and the correct delivery charge will automatically be calculated and added to your final total.
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.
All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 2pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
If the goods are lost in transit please contact our customer services team quoting your order number and delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier. Once the goods have been delivered to you all risk of damage to, or the loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you choose to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy you must take good care of the goods pending their return.
Gift Wrapping
We are delighted to send any item as a gift anywhere in the world. This service carries no additional charge.
Returns
We are delighted to provide full refunds for all purchases returned within 30 days in perfect condition*.
Sales items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

How to Return or Exchange
Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition including labels.
We strongly recommend that all goods returned are sent by recorded delivery as Barley Sugar cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Goods returned to Barley Sugar are at your own expense, however we will send your exchange back to you free of charge.
If you are returning goods due to a fault with the product then we will also reimburse the cost of your postage.
You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order within seven working days. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
Please not that we are not able to refund an item without a receipt and refund will only be issued to the original payer.
